Woughton Leisure Centre MK With Neville Fitzgerald & Julie Harris 2nd August 2008
Julie started of with “If This Is Love” to If This Is Love by the Saturdays, and followed up with “No One’s Gonna Stop Me” to Give It To Me (Album Version) by Madonna.  Then Neville did two more dances “Elevator” to Elevator by Flo Rida feat Timbaland nice and funky dance, next up was “One Night In Geroga”.  Kim’s dances “Yes Please” to Can I Hold You by Mark Medlock and “Let’s Talk” to Let’s Talk About Us – by Van Morrison/Linda Gail Lewis both very good dances.  All workshop dances were recaped in the evening disco plus Kim did her new Improver dance “Honey Pot” to ABBA Honey, Honey it was very hard not to start singing!!!!

Woughton Leisure Centre MK With Alan Birchall And Vivienne Scott 24th May 2008
Stephen And Vivienne Scott First off was Alan Brichall with “2025” to 2025 by Candy Dulfer a funky dance.... also Alan did “You” to You by Heartland, Vivienne started with “Wonderland”, don’t forget the purple brick road and those poker dot ducks on the lake..... and danced to I’m In Heaven (When You Kiss Me) by A Touch Of Class also she did “Centred” to Centred by Sean Hogan from Southern Sessions CD.  Kim did a recap of Jezable...  After the recaps of the dances the demo’s of new dances.  All dance were recaped in the eveing disco plus Alan did an improver dance called “More Than I Can Say” to More Than I Can Say by Leo Sayer...

Marie Curie Cancer Care (Yellow & Green) 28th & 20th March 2008
Daffodil Line Dance Disco 28th March 2008
The colours for the disco and the class easter party where yellow and green, well you can guess who whore green!!!  We started off at 7.30pm then around 8.15pm we did the beginner dance Blusher to the Mika track then we danced it to the Shania Twain track Whatever You Do! Don’t, danced some more before we did Blush to the Mika and then to Jambalaya by Eddy Raven.  Later on Stephen taught a brand new beginner dance Boardwalk Time by Irene Groundwater to the Drifters tack Under The Boardwalk.  Then the raffle was done by Andy & Joy £85 was resisted form the raffle...  £24 was donated by Roma’s Rebels.  There is no final total as money is still coming in...  Also we had a table quiz...  We all danced are feet off till 11.30pm  A BIG THANKYOU for all the donations and raffle prizes...  A Total of £1053.50 was raised.  Stephen
Class Easter Party 20th March 2008
Photo of The Easter Bunny (Amanda) Class Easter & Daffodil Dance.  Amand’s class decided to have a Easter party with a raffle for Marie Curie Cancer Care there were 31 prizes to raffle off.  We also did the sponsored dance Blush as well, over all we raised £140.00 on the evening.  Stephen walked through the dance on the evening even though we had been praticing the dance a few weeks, well 2 weeks!!! to Relax (Take It Easy) by Mika, but Stephen had other plans so on the night we did the dance as per normal, but the second time we did the dance Stephen changed the music to Jambalaya by Eddy Raven...  Well this was just the start and the disco was the main event and was a week away still.

Woughton Leisure Centre MK With Teresa & Vera 16th February 2008
Photo of Vera Stephen And Teresa The day started about 12 noon with a few warm up dances.  We started with “Cruising On A Summer Night” a 3 in 1 dance....  3 dances to one track, to Cruising On A Summer Night by Rick Guard, followed by “High Road” to High Road by Jo Jo and “Break The Ice” to Break The Ice by Britney Spears from her Blackout CD also Teresa & Vera did “The Meaning Of Love” to The Meaning Of Love by Michelle McManus during the break between the workshop and disco.  Other dances “Why Why Why” to Delilah by Tom Jones, “Diamonds” to Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friends by Marilyn Munroe and “Baby O” to Baby O by Dean Martin & Paris Bennett.  The workshop stoped about 5.30pm ish with the demo dances.  The evening disco started about 7.30pm to about 11.30pm.  During the eveing disco Teresa & Vera did “Dance Like Your The Only One” to Sun Goes Down by David Jordan, plus all the other dances that where done at the workshop.

Halloween Holiday Class Party’s Kempston & Putnoe 25th And 29th October 2007
This was a class party at Kempston and Putnoe...  We had a horrible looking bunch and the Dj was Death... also we had someone in orange & black!!!  For this event we put both Thursday classes together for the night.  Also there was separate party for the Putnoe class as well.  The dances were all mixed up, with very quick recaps to keep everyone moving.  Happy Halloween...

Woughton Leisure Centre MK With Chris Hodgson 20th October 2007
Photo of Stephen And Chris Hodgson The day started of with a few warm up dances.  First up was “Pirate On The Run” a waltz, by Kim Ray and Vivienne Scott to Pirate On The Run by Pat Monahan (CD Last Of Seven & on iTunes) also Kim did “She’s A Lady” to She’s A Lady by Funkstar Deluxe & Tom Jones.  The guest for the day was Chris Hodgson, her fist dance was “Nothin’ Better To Do” to the LeAnn Rimes track of the same name.  Her second dance was “Tango Twirl” to Party At The End Of The World by Jimmy Buffett.  Latter on in the workshop Chris did “Mighty Real” to Jimmy Suomerville - You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real) a very nice dance...  Also she recapped “Hot Summer Fun” at disco in the evening as we all went wrong....

Photo of Geri Morrison And StephenThe day started of with a few warm up dances, before Kim Ray did her beginner dance - Lemon Tree to Fool’s Garden, then Geri Morrison did her first teach of the afternoon.  Her first dance was “Don’t Know Much” to Don’t Know Much by Aaron Neville & Linda Ronstadt from CD “The Very Best” of Aaron Neville, then “La Noche” to Toda La Noche by JMP, CD “Todo Exitos”, “Shine” to Shine by Take That CD “Beautiful World”, Geris last dance was “Nothing Stays The Same” to Used To The Pain by Keith Urban from CD “Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy Thing”.  In between these dances, Kim Ray did Almaz to “Almaz” by Randy Crawford CD “Every Kind Of Mood”.  Phil Partridge did Wrong Again to “Wrong Again” by Martina McBride from her Greatest Hits Album....  We all danced the latest dances out and about with recaps of the dances done at the evening disco.  Let It Shine!!!
